Graham couldn’t wait to get to Seward. As he took his seat in the plane and put his headset on, he couldn’t help but feel excited. It wouldn’t be long now. He had a lot of work to do, but in the end it would be well worth it. Of course, he had the occasional moment of doubt that his plan would really work, but those moments didn’t last long because he wouldn’t let them. There was too much at stake.
“So, how did you like being a game piece in Charlotte Mannon’s game of matchmaking?” Graham asked as they flew over some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.
“What do you mean? What game?” Alex asked, his curiosity peaking.
“Oh, I thought you knew.”
“Knew what man? Come on, give it up!”
Graham laughed. “Charlotte Mannon used this cruise to play matchmaker for her daughters. From what I understand, she received a brochure about your company and saw your name, then she booked Olivia on one of your tours.”
