SPECIAL EXCERPT - BOOK RELEASE PARTY FOR ALASKAN AMBUSH!!!
“I love you, and more than anything in this world I want you to come to Ketchikan to be with me. Forever. But if that isn’t going to happen, I just want you to know that this has been the absolute best week of my life. Last night will by no means last me a lifetime, but I will never forget one minute of anything we had this time around.” Alex sighed and stroked the side of her face. “I hope it will be the same for you.”
Olivia smiled at him. “I won't forget anything either Alex, I promise.”
He kissed her and found himself having trouble letting go.
“Please make love to me one last time,” she whispered desperately
“Why can I never say no to you?”
She smiled again and pulled him down to lie with her. Three years of built up need, hurt, anger and passion flowed through them as they took and gave in unison. When all was said and done Alex and Olivia knew this one last time together truly meant something. Their passion was a complete confession of love, and a sincere admittance of differences, somehow holding them together for a lifetime, even if their paths never crossed again.
